This sleek machine runs on three 400 horsepower Mercury Verrado R outboard motors for a cruising speed of 63 mph. It’s knife like bow and large walk-around make for stable movement around the ship—even at top speed. It can seat 12 to 14 passengers comfortably and features three sunbathing spots. The captain’s command is protected with a stylish T-top. The foredeck is flanked with a cooking space and sink, and there is a full galley, shower, and head below deck. The master cabin is kitted out with a king sized bed—as one might hope.
Like other VQs in the Vanquished line, the VQ46DC is one that can be fully customized for different layouts. Given the malleability of aluminum, owners can choose their own materials, colors, and engines.
It has been given an additional cool aura by being modeled off the American market. This conjures up images of cruising on the Great Lakes, California, Florida, and Hawai’i. They have also partnered with Dutch speaker maker Brian for sublime surround sounds. All ships in the VQ line have been hand tailored by Dutch naval architect Marlon Weijers of Triple Marine.
This means the ships have Dutch courage aplenty—and why they vanquish on the waters.
