Swiss watchmaker Blancpain believes its high time to protect the ocean.
Founded in 1735, Blancpain was the first to develop the modern diving watch. Hence, the concern for clean oceans. The exhibit showcases our world’s fragile underwater universe with zones dedicated to history, science, exploration and art. Amazing underwater photography is also prominently featured.
Alan Walker, Senior Vice President of Retail at Galaxy Macau, said, “Protecting the ocean is a vital mission for all of us. The Promenade Shops is proud to team up with Blancpain in order to raise awareness of the prestigious watchmaker’s efforts to preserve the world’s oceans. This first-to-Macau exhibition is an innovative fusion of style, art, history and environmental celebrations, and we are delighted to host it at The Promenade Shop’s elegant exhibition area, the Opal Lobby.”
