Nothing welcomes winter like hot pot. The bubbles and steam are blissful to cold hands and a frosted face.
This is so even in warmer climes like the South China Sea—but only really in its’ cooler northwestern edges along the China coast.
In the Mong Kong district of Hong Kong, the chefs at Canton Pot understand warm food and local seasons well—and are stewing up an apropos “Lobster Surf and Hot Pot Set.” The Canton Pot is located inside the Lodgewood in Mong Kong by the L’Hotel Group. Which means that it is ultra-luxurious yet reasonable.
