Images: French Beef Festival
Tender and juicy, the beef of France embodies the art of eating well: bien manger.
This has certainly been the sentiment at over 20 outlets across Hong Kong and Macao over September who featured super cuts of beef from Charolais, Limousin and Blonde d’Aquitaine, among the 22 types of diverse, grass-fed French cattle at the French Beef Festival. Even when its over, guests can access their high quality steaks and the high bar set during the festival.
